Women's Self-Defense Seminar to be offered June 17th, 2022.

Women and girls of all ages should have some knowledge of self-defense! Taught by Jennifer Hoch and our own instructor, Primo Luciano, this two-hour seminar will provide you with basic knowledge of self-defense against wrist and shoulder grabs, headlocks, strikes, and more, as well as basic ground defense techniques. These techniques focus on leverage with the proper timing and distance, despite the size of the opponent or attacker.

The seminar will be offered on June 17th, 2022 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM.

The seminar will be $40 per person and must be paid in advance at the gym. Wellness cards from Independent Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield can be used to pay for registration.

We will contact you regarding payment and to confirm your registration once payment is received. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up and get your payment in!

Jennifer Hoch has 30 years of experience in several styles of martial arts, including Liu Seong Kuntao-Selat, Kung Fu, Karate, Capoeira, Bagua, Tai Chi, Boxing, Kickboxing, and small circle Jujitsu.
