ABOUT THE GYM
At Southtowns MMA and Fitness Center, we have been creating a judgement-free atmosphere since 2009. We base our sessions and classes on clients' needs and abilities for an effective workout. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to start something new, all experience levels are welcome! At Southtowns MMA and Fitness Center, we will help you get where you want to be.
What we teach is not to be used to incite violence. Our focus is fitness and self-defense; not to use these tactics to harm others. When training for a fight, these tactics are only to be used in the octagon or in a gym setting.
